Hand-Made Coffee Workshop

 

SPC students had fun making coffee by hand in a workshop organized by SPC’s third floor committee in the evening of February 22, 2017. This floor activity helped SPCers learn more of coffee making in Macau and other regions of the world, from a student tutor of UMSU’s Cocktail and Coffee Learning Society. In the workshop, students were taught how to distinguish different types of coffee beans and how to produce hand-made coffees. SPCers were then given a chance to make their own coffee and taste their own product. Some students shared that this workshop not only enabled them to enjoy delicious coffee, but also helped improve their understanding of making different types of coffee.

手工咖啡工作坊

由紹邦書院三樓樓層委員會舉辦的 “手工咖啡工作坊”于2017年2月22日晚順利舉行。此次樓層活動旨在幫助同學們了解澳門及其他地區咖啡製作的知識。

在活動中,來自澳門大學學生會咖啡與調酒研究會的講解員向同學們介紹了如何辨別咖啡豆的品種,并系統學習了製作手工咖啡的流程和訣竅。最後,同學們親自動手實踐,製作手工咖啡,還互相品嘗彼此的作品。有同學表示,通過本次活動,他們不僅品嘗到了美味的咖啡,還提升了對製作咖啡的了解。
